  Kristinis is a gourmet, ready-made specialty food company based in Forest Hills, Queens that specializes in delicious bruschetta-style sauces and savory crostini crackers designed to delight the most discerning taste buds.

The vision behind Kristinis began with a twist on the popular crostinis appetizer. Company founder and single “mompreneur” Kristine Quattrone, a professional caterer, frequently found herself whipping up crostinis for her high-end catering events in New York. Never satisfied with the status quo, she devised a creative new way to present a common appetizer with her “Kristini Bar,” which provides all the materials to craft build-your-own bruschetta guests can customize to their liking with fresh bruschetta sauce, cheese, meats, and delicious, crispy-crunchy crostini crackers. 

Quattrone’s “Kristini” Bar essentials were so popular she decided to make them available at local grocery stores and markets everywhere. The company’s signature “Craveable” line includes crostini crackers, bruschetta-style tomato sauces and other products that can be used to create amazing “antipasto” appetizers or added to any dish. Every Kristinis product is crafted with the freshest ingredients, including heirloom tomatoes, garlic and herbs, Sicilian sea salt and high-quality spices. 

A single mom to a young son, Quattrone is on a mission to support other industrious but struggling single moms by providing flexible work schedules and the ability to bring children to work when necessary. Her vision is to help other single moms remove obstacles and succeed at juggling dual full-time roles as parent and provider.
